GNOME is people. But for people to be productive they need tools, we already have a great collection of productivity tools for our users on the desktop. What we need now are great nay awesome tools for our developers so that they can carry on improving, innovating and empowering.
In this talk i’m going to present the current state of tools for the GNOME stack from developing to debugging to profiling. I’m then going to look at the tools we don’t yet have and what we should do about plugging the gaps.
This talk will include demos of Anjuta (with Poky SDK integration), Nemiver and OProfileUI among others.
